Choose a company from the “100 Best Companies to Work For” where leadership motivates staff and fosters an
organizational culture that contributes to the success of the company.
Compose a 500-700 word paper in which you:
Identify the company you chose along with your rationale for choosing it.
Illustrate the leadership methods used in creating an organizational culture poised for success.
Compare these methods to your current or previous place of employment.
Present ideas for leadership in your current or former place of employment to boost organizational
culture.
Cite a minimum of two scholarly resources.
Format your paper according to APA standards.
