Development Application Report
Examine a development application (adelaidecitycounci, 20 Aug 2012 Development Assessment Panel Agenda, Applications 3.2—100 Buxton Street, North Adelaide SA 5006, http://www.adelaidecitycouncil.com/council/meetings/agendas-minutes) on the agenda for a Development Assessment Panel meeting, assess the development against Adelaide_Council_Development_Plan and prepare an assessment Report of the application. You may follow the template used by the City of Adelaide in writing up your assessment however you must make your own assessment – you must not copy the Council’s Planning Officer’s assessment.

Discuss whether and why your assessment is/is not in line with that of the Council’s Planning Officer
Discuss whether and why your assessment is/is not in line with that of the Council’s Development Assessment Panel. Your response should provide an overview of the discussion and decision of the Council’s Development Assessment Panel and a critical review the panel’s reasoning and recommendation.
