- Judicial interaction.
- Monitoring (e.g., drug testing) and supervision.
- Graduated sanctions and incentives.
- Treatment and rehabilitation services.
Drug courts are usually managed by a nonadversarial and multidisciplinary team including judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, community corrections, social workers and treatment service professionals.
